Positivity: My Soxy Feet Mismatched Socks Review

I received the following product for free in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I don’t know about you, but I’m all about some positive affirmations lately. Ain’t nobody got time for negativity, amiright? And these days, as a busy (read: insanely busy most days!) working mom of two, who’s just trying to balance all the things and eat a somewhat healthy diet, exercise, and maintain some semblance of a social life, I need all the positivity I can get! The daily grind of motherhood can make it easy for negativity and false beliefs to fill your head, but I’m here to tell you that there is power in positivity, especially in positive parenting. And your children will pick up on it! Stay positive, mamas!

When I look at my littles, I want them to not only always know that I believe in them, but that I believe in myself. I want them to know that I can do anything I put my mind to, just like they can. I want them to see a mom who is strong, confident, and able to take on the world. I want them to see a mom who has no problem prioritizing herself, in order to give them the best version possible of herself. I want them to see my positivity not only through my words, but also through my actions. And I want them to see how impactful a little extra positivity can go towards reaching your goals. Side-note: the half marathon that I PR’d and hit sub-2 hours, I had actually written “she believed she could so she did” on the back of my hand, and it helped motivate me throughout the race!

positive affirmation socks

So recently when My Soxy Feet reached out to me and asked if I would review their famous mismatched socks, specifically their “I Can and I Will” socks, I happily jumped on board! Happy and positive socks I can wear during my workouts? Yes please!

soxy feet review

My Soxy Feet make fun colored, mismatched performance socks, with unique sayings and designs. This pair says “I Can” with a thumbs up on one foot, and “I Will” with clapping hands on the other. Or maybe they’re high-five hands? Either way, I’m not sure how much more positive you can get. And as an Enneagram Type 3, it feels like these socks were made for goal setters like me! With these socks on, it’s like your feet are cheering you on, every step of the way, literally! Cheesy much? Maybe. But I’m kind of loving them!

Like my other favorite running socks, these are of equal quality, if not even better, and the comfort level is top notch. The fit is so good too, you guys, thanks to a combination of Coolmax, Nylon, and Lycra. They fit like a glove, don’t slip, and feel like they were made for my feet. There’s nothing worse than a sock that just doesn’t fit right. They are moisture wicking, breathable, seamless, and provide just the right amount of cushion, keeping them at the perfect thickness. I tend to prefer thinner socks, but these are a great middle ground. I’m a big fan of the pink and purple as well, and think they would make super fun race socks, or socks to wear when you’re working towards a really big goal! And honestly, my only complaint or “negative” I have about them would be that I wish they were cut just a bit lower. I’m super picky about the height of my socks, and ideally these would fall just a little lower on my ankle, but that’s just me!

They retail for $12 online, and come with a 1 year “love ’em or return ’em” guarantee. Although I highly doubt it will take you a year to make up your mind because I knew right away I’d be keeping them and adding them to my weekly rotation!

Be sure to check them out!

What type of positivity do you practice? Does it help you reach your goals? What kind of workout socks do you prefer? Which My Soxy Feet socks would you choose?

Love these!! I’m a runner too, although I haven’t made it up to doing a half yet- maybe one day! I try to start each day saying what I’m thankful for to keep me in a positive mindset. It’s so easy to get caught up in the negative!

I definitely need a pair of those I can, I will socks! I can be negative sometimes and shouldn’t, it’s one thing I’ve been working on about myself
