Right about the time I started running again and getting back to the gym, a dear old friend gave me a little kick in the butt. And that little old friend goes by the name StrideBox. Remember them? Yep, we were pretty tight for a while, back in the day when I was actually a runner on the reg! But once we got pregnant and then had Adeline and motherhood slapped me in the face, it didn’t make sense to keep subscribing so we eventually cancelled. Recently though, they kindly reached out to me and offered to send me a box to check out. Of course I jumped at the chance, and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect.
If you’re not familiar with StrideBox, they are a monthly subscription service specifically for runners and fitness enthusiasts. The box is $15, and you can auto renew every month, as well as cancel anytime. The box always has fun new running products, gadgets, and motivational quote stickers – several of which are on my laptop now.

This was probably my favorite box so far! Of course it’s been two years since I’ve opened one, but this one was pretty on point! Sport Beans are one of my FAVORITE ways to gobble down electrolytes before or during a run, and Adam was especially pumped for the SporTea. So far we’ve also tried the Coffee Bar and it was delicious, and I’m excited to try the Evoke Organic Muesli for breakfast soon! From what I’ve read it’s like a supercharged oatmeal, with things like organic oats, almonds, flaxseed, rye, pumpkin seeds, and cashews. So basically, perfect for fueling up for a big day or a big run!
This is going to sound sales-y, but if you’re looking for a gift idea for holidays, this would be a fun one! Adam first gifted it to me, and it was so fun opening it together!
I’ll be back soon with a quick recap of tonight’s 4.5 mile run! Ahhh it felt wonderful – either because I was well rested and had a great dinner beforehand, or because I popped a few Sport Beans on my way to the gym. The jury is still out!
Have you heard of StrideBox? Have you ever subscribed? What types of little running knick knacks do you like?
