When it comes to actually achieving my goals, I always have the best luck when I write them down. So, when Journal Menu reached out to me and offered to let me customize and review one of their fitness journals, I was super excited! Even though I’m taking a bit of a hiatus from any major fitness goals, I already can’t wait to put it to use after Baby Ingle arrives!
The journal is so versatile, and has tons of pages chock-full of things like training plans and pace charts and space for race reviews and goal setting. I’m a bit old school when it comes to documenting things, so I love the idea of getting away from the computer screen for a bit to handwrite your progress.

On their site, you can actually customize the cover, and the layout of the journal! There are different types of journals, so if Cross Fit is more your thing, you could make one more geared for that instead!
