Running & Fitness Journal Giveaway

When it comes to actually achieving my goals, I always have the best luck when I write them down. So, when Journal Menu reached out to me and offered to let me customize and review one of their fitness journals, I was super excited! Even though I’m taking a bit of a hiatus from any major fitness goals, I already can’t wait to put it to use after Baby Ingle arrives!

The journal is so versatile, and has tons of pages chock-full of things like training plans and pace charts and space for race reviews and goal setting. I’m a bit old school when it comes to documenting things, so I love the idea of getting away from the computer screen for a bit to handwrite your progress.

It’s hard to tell, but there are motivational quotes at the top of every page as well. Who doesn’t love a good quote??



And that’s just a handful of the pages. The journal gives you so many options, and can be used for so many different fitness levels. On their site, you can actually customize the cover, and the layout of the journal! There are different types of journals, so if Cross Fit is more your thing, you could make one more geared for that instead!

    I love training journals for running and this one is so great! It helps me to see what is working and not…and how far I’ve come! I think I would get something to do with finding joy in the journey!

    I would love to have a fitness journal! After my marathon and a short break for my body of course I am trying out a lifting program to build back all the muscle that is currently gone! This would be great to help me achieve my goals!

    I need this! I currently just log my workouts on a wall calendar so it’s hard to keep track of totals or goals. This is really cute and even with all our technology, I still like writing things down!

    These customized training journals are so cute!!! I would like this journal because I am so unorganized that my running notes are all over the place without a layout. Also, I love how it includes training plans and pace charts!! I have tons of paper stuck in random places, so this would organize it into one book!

    My cover quote would be “have fun!” because I always want working out to be fun, not a chore. I love to run but if I’m not feeling it one day, I skip and swim or walk instead!

    I would love a fitness journal – I feel I need some help forming a better workout plan. Since my last workout program ended, I have basically been “doing what I want” at the gym, which I know it not a very effective way to meet my goals. A fitness journal would definitely help me track and plan my workouts so that I CAN meet my fitness goals.

    The title of mine would be something really cheesy, like, “Hukana Masquata. It means nice booty, for the rest of your days” lol. SO CHEESY, but, then again, so, am I – ’cause it ain’t easy being cheesy…… Ok. I’ll stop now) ha ha
