Pregnancy: Week 19

I’m starting to fall behind in my weekly updates as these weeks are flying by a little too fast. We’ll officially be HALFWAY on Sunday, how crazy is that??

Week 19 was a fun week, and I feel like baby girl definitely grew a bit! I’m quickly outgrowing all of my running shorts, so I’ve just been walking in my maternity jean shorts and a tank top. By far my classiest prego look.

I still haven’t technically felt her move yet, but it’s still a bit early so I’m not worried about it. Driving home on Monday though I did feel like a teeny tiny spasm/blip feeling, so that may or may not have been her. People have described it as a flutter, but I’m not sure that’s how I’d describe it. I think it’s going to have to be super obvious for me to pay enough attention to it. Maybe in the next couple weeks!

We go for our big anatomy scan next week and I already can’t wait to see her again. I’m hoping she hasn’t secretly morphed into a boy hahaha, what a surprise that would be!

Here are the rest of our highlights from week 19:

19 weeks pregnancy update

And that wraps it up! I’ll be back tomorrow to share some recent “workouts.”

Happy Thursday!

Other than Old Navy, where should I look for maternity activewear? Is it getting hotter and hotter where you are? If you’ve had a 20 week ultrasound, about how long did it last?

I struggled to find exercise clothes because I didn’t want to pay a hefty fee but also with a growing belly and seemingly growing BUM-I didn’t want anything showing through either! I just used old workout carpis I had and made due with men’s small sized t-shirts ..Old Navy has some great tanks that have built in bras that stretch as you go which have saved me..but I found it really hard to find anything that fit through all three trimesters!

I’ll have to check Old Navy online maybe, and worse case maybe just order something normal but in a larger size. It is so hard to guess what size I’ll be in a few months!

Eeeee, I’m excited that your BIG ultrasound is coming up! You are going to LOVE the experience and spending time with her. 🙂 Mine took about an hour, but I was asking loads of questions and couldn’t get enough time. Just wait until you feel her move – it is one of the best feelings in the world. I started feeling my little guy flutter around 20 weeks. Trust me, you will know.

If you are looking for a great pair of workout shorts with a comfortable wide band, I highly recommend SOAS brand. It’s all I run/walk in these days.

Great picture of your baby bump! I haven’t been pregnant so I don’t have any tips on clothes except to suggest Target. They have lots of cute tanks and if you buy larger up it could work.

Thank you! And yes, I’ve checked out Target and actually bought a few pieces there, but not active wear! I need to look!

Target online and Old Navy online are good for activewear! I’ll probably just size up though!
