I received the following product for free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.
It’s no secret we have way too many photos, and not enough wall space. But alas, I always manage to find a way to squeeze in just one more. I’m always trying to update my picture frames, and can never decide which picture to frame next. I want to frame all the photos, and always love how a great framed print can bring a room together. But, I’ve always been a cheapo when it comes to framing because who has time to go to a custom frame shop? Better yet, who can afford that on a regular basis? I have found the solution though to all of your framing problems, and I couldn’t be more excited! And coming from a photographer, you should take my word on this!
Enter: Keepsake.
Keepsake is available both online, and in app form, and when I say it makes custom framing your photos a piece of cake, I couldn’t be making a bitter understatement. Keepsake ya’ll, it’s life changing. And more than anything, it’s TIME saving. Perfect for us busy mamas who want to eat our cake and have it too. Now, you can easily custom frame your most precious photos in 5 minutes tops.
I recently hopped on to frame our Easter family photo, and was uber impressed with the usability of the site. Literally the easiest thing ever. You simply upload your photo, crop it if needed, select a frame, preview it, add to cart, bing, bang, boom, DONE! My only concern was, “how will my photo actually print?” Will it be as high quality of a print as other labs I use to print my photos? The answer? A resounding YES. Seriously, obsessed with our new framed portrait!
Aside from the high quality print itself, the frame was exactly what I had in mind. A rustic white wash, with a white mat. The perfect backdrop and compliment for our photo. There were tons of options to choose from, including options for size, color, material, texture, etc. Their frames come in a range of prices – with the least expensive frames being the smallest, as you could probably assume. They come fully sealed in the back, complete with hanging hardware. Think of it like a move-in ready home – once the frame arrives in the mail, all you need to do is pick the perfect spot and hang it!
Here’s a quick glimpse at how the website is laid out, and what the process looks like.
1. Homepage – head over to “Start Framing” in the top right to begin your project.
2. Upload your photo! You’ll then be given the chance to crop if needed.
3. Select your frame, then add to cart!
It’s really as easy as 1-2-3 and you don’t even have to leave your house, wait in line at a store, or hunt down a custom frame shop. If you’re on your phone, you can just as easily use the app! Are your favorite photos on your phone? Well get those photos up on your wall instead!
The app mimics the desktop version of the site, and is also ridiculously easy to use. It’s definitely an app you should keep in your “photos” file on your iphone! Oh, and it’s free. Whoop whoop!
Now, I’ve teamed up with Keepsake to offer one of you the chance to try Keepsake for yourself with a $50 credit. How’s that for motivation to get that latest fam bam pic framed?
