Half Marathon #7 Complete

Hi friends!

Just popping in real quick to say that I survived my half marathon this morning, and may or may not have done some dancing along the way. The runners around me *might* have heard me singing “Shake it Off.”

I finished in 2:04:23 via Garmin, and 2:04:24 chip time. Not my A or B goal, but I did come in under 2:05, so I can’t be too disappointed. It was a tough one, ya’ll. Hot, hilly, and having a cold all week got the better of me. But, I’m not going to be too down about it because crossing the finish line of ANY race, no matter how long it takes, is a huge accomplishment!

Full recap will be up in a few days!

Thanks for all of your encouragement!

Congrats!! Your time is awesome especially for hills and ridiculous summer heat even though it’s almost November.
