Easy Mom Style: Pretty in Prana

I received this product for free from Moms Meet (momsmeet.com), May Media Group LLC, who received it directly from the manufacturer. As a Moms Meet blogger, I agree to use this product and post my honest opinion on my blog. The opinions posted are my own.

Happy FriYay! Actually, happy Good Friday! Easter is one of my favorite times of the year, and I can’t wait to soak up all the family time this weekend! Adeline has been practicing for the egg hunt, so I imagine she’s going to be so excited to load up her basket!

If being a mom has taught me one thing, it’s that a comfortable outfit can be a lifesaver! Now that I’m chasing a toddler around 24/7, my priorities have definitely changed. Gone are the days of tight fitting or restricting clothing. Loose-fitting, flowy tops, and comfortable, flexible shorts that keep me covered and modest are where it’s at!

You guys know I love all things organic, natural, and responsible. At least I try to, as much as possible! Have you ever heard of prAna? I’ve been a big fan of prAna for several years, in fact, one of my all time favorite fall flannels is a prAna top that Adam surprised me with. prAna’s quality is fantastic, and if you want to find a company to support that’s made in America, uses organic materials, promotes living an active and healthy lifestyle, and gives back to their community, then you should definitely check out prAna!

Recently I was given the chance to try out two new pieces from prAna’s collection. The Tess Short, and the Liana Sweater. Remember when I said I’m loving loose fitting, longer clothing these days? This outfit hits the nail on the head as far as easy mom style goes.

The prAna Liana Sweater has a wide neck, angled stripes, and an asymmetrical hem. I was a little worried how flattering it would be but it’s very cute and feminine! I think it would look cute with really any color tank top underneath – maybe like a springy coral? It is a blend of soft hemp and organic cotton. Since it’s Good Friday I thought I’d wear a holy sweater. #momjoke #seewhatididthere

The Tess Short is made of 97% Organic Cotton, with just the right amount of stretch. It’s like a canvas material, so it’s breathable, and flexible for running after a wild child! It’s also got 4 pockets, perfect for when you don’t want to carry a purse – you’ve got plenty of room to store your phone and credit card in a pinch.

If you’re interested in this outfit, or the rest of the prAna collection, be sure to check them out online at prAna.com and in stores like REI. We’ve even found prAna clothing at our small local outdoor stores. To find prAna in your area, visit: prana.com/dealer-locator for the full list of locations.
