Bulu Box Review and Discount Code

HAPPY FRIDAY!!

Bulu Box recently contacted me and asked if I’d like to try out one of their boxes and since I can’t resist a great subscription box, I was super excited to try out a new one! Well, new-to-me at least!

Bulu Box is the first subscription box, or discovery box as they like to say, focused on health, weight loss, and nutrition. So basically, it’s a healthy living blogger’s ideal subscription box! I think it’s a pretty neat concept, and their website is full of information on what brands they work with and sell, and the different samples you might find in your next Bulu Box. You can subscribe to a month by month box, or do a 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month subscription. The month by month box is only $10! The neat thing about Bulu Box is that you’re essentially “trying before you buy.” Once you’ve received your box, if you like any of the samples enough to try the full size product, you can purchase them straight from Bulu Box!

Here’s how it works. Sign in to Bulu Box on their website, and create a profile, then take the User Profile Survey. You’ll be able to identify things you’re interested in trying, allergies, goals, fitness level, etc. Then Bulu Box will do their best to send you a box more tailored to your needs. Once you receive your box, you can try out your samples, and if you like them enough, you can order the full product from Bulu, and also go back online to review that product. When you review the products you’ve received, you can earn rewards points which can be redeemed as cash towards your next purchase of those items FULL SIZE! It’s pretty nice to be able to TRY out a product before you actually commit to investing in the product. Buying a new product before you have ever even tried it and then realizing you hate it, is the worst. And with so many “healthy living” products on the market, it can be tough to find the ones that work best for you. Bulu Box is a great way to figure out what works and what doesn’t, and whether or not you actually like it before you spend too much money on it!

Sometimes I’m skeptical of the items that actually come in subscription boxes, but I really support Bulu’s mission of sharing healthy products with their customers, and encouraging a healthy lifestyle! Way to go, Bulu!

Since my first box was complimentary, my box wasn’t necessarily specific to my interests. It contained a wide variety of samples, and it gave me a pretty good idea of what to expect for next time. I’ve already gone online and filled out my user profile so that my next box will be a little more right for me!

First things first, how cute is their packaging? It’s got a slight lululemon feel with the motivational quotes, and I just love it. I think more companies need to hop on the positivity train.

Along with product samples, the box also contained several great coupon codes and informational cards on products and promotions. A girl (or dude) can’t go wrong with coupons, am I right??

My favorite sample in the box had to be the Beanfield’s Bean and Rice Chips. Holy. Moly. Yumkins. They were gone in about two seconds!

Here’s a closer look at the other samples…

Now, lucky for all you readers out there, they’ve set up a discount code for you to use!

Simply enter the code, SWEETMILES before checkout and you will receive 50% OFF any subscription box on their site! And with Christmas coming up, this is the perfect time to gift someone close to you a healthy start to the new year. Wow, cheesy sounding much? But really. Ya’ll, you could set up a $110 12-month subscription for only $55! (And free shipping!)

So, be sure and check out their site, and even follow them on the socials if you feel so inclined! They seem like a cool company, with a fun personality!

My final verdict? Love the concept, the products, and the overall vibe. And if I wasn’t already subscribed to two other boxes, I would probably add Bulu to my list. But in the meantime, I’m keeping them on my radar and I’ve got my user profile filled out and ready to go!

I won’t make any commissions if you use my code, and I wasn’t paid for writing this review, but as always, all opinions are my own, and I hope you’ll find this useful!

Have you heard of or tried Bulu Box before? What would you like to see in your Bulu Box? What are your weekend plans?

This is nifty! I am always on the radar for subscription boxes and wish I could afford more. I like the idea of getting a sweet surprise of assorted goodies every month. Especially since this one is tailored to healthy living people (and bloggers) alike, I’m glad you did a full review.

The protein coffee looks interesting! I’d love to try July Box, but I don’t think they ship to Canada. For subscription boxes, I love FabfitFun, NatureBox, and Wantable.
