About a month ago I was sent two boxes of Blue Diamond Nut Thins to test out, and they couldn’t have come at a better time! I quickly went through both boxes, mostly eating a handful in the car on the way to work every morning, but at night I’ve been pairing them with cheese. If you aren’t a fan of cheese and crackers, get outta town. Who can do some serious damage to a block of gourmet cheese? This girl.
The Nut Thins are super lightweight, and have a delicious salty, airy, and smooth taste. I would think you could pair them with anything, but aside from our beloved cheeses, they are perfectly tasty just by themselves!
You can find these little salty pieces of Heaven in the natural food section at Kroger. At least that’s where we’ve seen them most often.
Side note: if you’re not pregnito, I promise you will love them as well! I’ve had to practically hide them from Adam to keep him from eating all my crackers!
